Shipping policy

All orders are created after order submission. Please allow 7 to 10  business days for processing. Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check-out. 

PLEASE NOTE: Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. **Also, Kreator’s Paradise is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, damaged, or stolen items. ** However, please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email you provided at check-out or account creation.

After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 10 business days, Express orders can still take up to 6 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 4 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays

In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. For information on anticipated delivery (inclusive of processing and transit times), please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Kreator’s Paradise is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes or any other charges.

We ship with usps and UPS all items are tracked and insured for our protection (with the exception of usps first class). The time it takes to receive a package depends on the method you choose. Free shipping is shipped using the lowest cost available. Unfortunately due to the uptick of usps/ups requesting the damaged items being turned in, If your items arrive damaged due to usps/ups you will have to make the claim, If for any reason you follow protocol and they do not refund you. Please email support@Kreatorsparadise.com with your complaint and photo of damaged product.

 

Pick Up Policy

Pick up is Monday-Thursday from 10am-3pm.
If order is not picked up within 3 days after fulfillment, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and your order will be cancelled.
